The partner in charge of the audit and attest, Harry has been practicing public accounting in Pendleton, Oregon since 1986 and starting in 1994 established a practice peer reviewing quality control systems at other CPA firms in Oregon and nationally. A member of the Oregon Society of CPAs (OSCPA), Harry has served as a regional chapter chair at the local level and as an officer and board member at the state level. He chaired the OSCPA during the Society’s fiscal year April 2016 through March 2017. On the national level, he is an active member of the American Institute of Public Accountants (AICPA), and served on the AICPA Peer Review Task Force from 2002 through 2005. Harry has written articles for various professional publications, including Accounting Today, and has served as an instruction leader at continuing education conferences. He is a native Oregonian, graduating from the University of Oregon in 1981, and receiving his Oregon CPA certificate in July 1984. He is also licensed in the states of Montana and Wyoming. Dustin Dougherty

The partner in charge of tax and consulting, Brian is a Certified Information Technology Professional (CITP) and a Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA). He graduated from Oregon State University with options in Accounting and Management Information Systems, and a minor in Forest Products. He has experience working in corporate america, for a regional agricultural cooperative, and for a municipal government, as well as for CPA firms. This experience has given him significant knowledge of how business is accomplished by these diverse types of entities. It has also led him to one conclusion: business can be done better than it currently is and his passion is to use his experience, coupled with constant technological advancements, to help businesses embrace technology and innovation to do more than they ever thought possible. Mark Stansbury

Dustin brings extensive experience in accounting and financial leadership, with a strong background in governmental and nonprofit finance. He began his career in public accounting in Pendleton in 2008 before spending several years in public service, including progressive financial and management roles with the City of Pendleton and New Directions Northwest. Dustin later held senior leadership positions as Finance Director for the City of Milton-Freewater and Chief Financial Officer for the City of Fulton, Missouri, where he developed strong management, budgeting, and oversight experience, along with deep knowledge of financial reporting, audits, and regulatory compliance. He has also served in fiduciary board roles, including as Treasurer for the Pendleton Education Foundation and SERVE in Fulton, Missouri. Dustin is focused on helping clients navigate complex financial and regulatory matters with clarity and confidence, developing strong client relationships, and improving efficiencies. Mark joined the RBH Group in January 2026 as a partner focusing in tax. Mark is an Enrolled Agent with the Internal Revenue Service and an Oregon Licensed Tax Consultant. As owner of Bottom Line Results LLC for over 18 years, he specialized in tax preparation and small business bookkeeping and consulting. His passion is working with clients to make sure they have the information they need for sound financial decision-making when it comes to their personal and business taxes. He graduated in 1999 from Concordia College in Moorhead, MN with a degree in Accounting and Health Care Administration. His Masters degree in Health Care Finance was received from Creighton University in 2004. A Pendleton resident since 2003, Mark grew up in North Dakota and Montana and has fallen in love with the relatively mild winters of Eastern Oregon. He serves as Treasurer for multiple local non-profits. Kellie Rediger

Manager - Tax & Attest
Kellie joined The RBH Group in July of 2018. She came from a career in private accounting with a manufacturing background. She graduated from Whitworth University in 2013 and acquired her CPA license in October of 2017. In August of 2024, Kellie completed her Masters of Business Administration. She has taken an increasingly active role managing the attest workload and newer tax staff for the firm. Her volunteer work focuses on education and youth; she has served as treasurer for a local mentoring program and the education foundation supporting the Pendleton School District. She also enjoys providing presentations and job shadow opportunities to high school students through the Schools-to-Careers program. Send Kellie an e-mail.
Jan MacGregor

Jan joined The RBH Group in May of 2024 as our part-time bookkeeper. After retiring in 2022 from a successful 17 year career as a General Manager and Event Planner, Jan decided it was time to return to her passion of bookkeeping and helping people. Adam Mack
Office Manager
Adam is our Office Manager and came to the firm in January of 2016. He is in charge of our customer relationships and will typically be the first person you see or talk to when contacting us.
